I performed a comprehensive service on a Ducane air conditioner, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. The process began with a thorough inspection of the unit, checking for any visible signs of wear or damage. I meticulously cleaned the condenser coils and evaporator coils, removing dirt and debris to enhance heat transfer. The air filter was replaced to improve air quality and system efficiency. I also inspected and cleaned the drain pan and drain line, preventing water buildup and potential leaks. The refrigerant levels were checked and adjusted as necessary to ensure proper cooling. Additionally, I tested and calibrated the thermostat to guarantee accurate temperature control. Finally, I conducted a full system performance test to confirm that the air conditioner was operating at peak efficiency. This detailed service aimed to extend the unit's lifespan and maintain a comfortable indoor environment.
