I am really impressed by your technician, Thomas. He came out on a really cold, blustery day and did our air conditioning tune up. He worked outside for quite a while in the cold removing cottonwood matting from the unit. It was nice of him to go the extra mile in the cold. Thomas has a great personality for the job he has.
