We have Two Stages To Talk About

 

Both our XV 90 and our XL 90 furnaces are equipped with two-stage heating.  You can really feel the difference two-stage heating makes during those transitional seasons that need just a little heat to take the chill out of the air.  Our two-stage furnaces respond with the preheat stage, warming the heat exchangers before circulating air throughout your home. 

The blower starts at low speed, gently warming your home without short-cycling, the frequent starting and stopping that can happen with single-stage furnaces.  In more extreme temperatures, two-stage furnaces switch to high stage heat for maximum comfort.

  1. Heavy Steel Insulated Cabinet - Greater durability, quieter operation.  Holds heat inside the cabinet, ensuring that more heat circulates in your home.

  7. Variable Speed Blower Motor (XV 90) -   Operates at a lower, more efficent speed than conventional blowers.  This eliminates short cycling, the frequent starting and stopping common to many ordinary furnaces.
  8. Four Speed Induction Blower Motor (XL 90) - Operates quietly and efficiently, gently warming and maintaining comfort.  Handles all central air conditioning needs for year around comfort.
  9. Multi-Port In-Short Burners - Orifice design perfectly shapes the flame cone for the maximum heat possible, while using less fuel.
  10. AL29-4C Stainless Steel Secondary Heat Exchanger - Captures more of the heat you pay for.  Also, backed by a lifetime limited warranty.
  11. Self-Diagnostic Controls - The solid state brain controls every function of the XV 90 and the XL 90 with digital accuracy, complete with safety features and a built-in troubleshooting system.  Backed by a 5-year limited warranty.
